    Pitstop also takes care of all the transactional drudgery. We ensure that your payment for your car service is quick & hassle-free. Finally, if for some reason you are not satisfied with the service, you have ten days to claim for a full refund and we will be happy to return your hard-earned money. No questions asked.

    Once we receive order request from you, we transfer the order to one of our Pitstop Certified Garages closest to you for your convenience. In case you wish to avail services from a particular Pitstop Certified Service Garage, we will action your request instantly.

  • HOW DO I TRUST THESE GARAGES WITH GENUINE SPARE PARTS?

    At the time of delivery, you will get a genuine invoice from authentic car dealer for any spare parts/accessories used in the service you availed.

  • WHAT IS THE PITSTOP SERVICE WARRANTY?

    Every Pitstop Car Service (either Periodic Maintenance or General Car Service) entitles you FREE warranty of 1 year/10,000 Kms, whichever comes sooner. This advantage covers all the spare parts/accessories/consumables/part repair that is are used during the service.

  • WHAT IS SERVICE INSPECTION REPORT?

    In order to maintain our transparency clause we do a thorough inspection of your car to identify major/minor issues after which we instantly generate a ‘Service Inspection Report’ which works like a car functionality test/report card.

  • WILL I GET A REFUND IN CASE I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE?

    Yes! Just in case you are not satisfied with the service within the first 10 days after the order is delivered, we will pay back your hard-earned money. No questions asked.
